    CIC bioGUNE

    OWL Genomics is located in the BioGUNE Collaborative Research Centre, one of the main organizations of the BIOBASK 2010 strategy. The association between OWL Genomics and CIC bioGUNE is supporting the objective of CIC bioGUNE: promoting interactions between public research groups and commercial R+D laboratories.

    CIC bioMAGUNE

    Owl Genomics collaborates with CIC bioMAGUNE on new research programs in the interface between chemistry, physics and biology, with particular emphasis on the properties and applications of molecular-level biological nanostructures.

  • Gregorio Marañón Hospital

    Gregorio Marañón Hospital

    This hospital has remarkable technological facilities, along with an important educational area and research experience, and qualified and dedicated personnel. Adaptability to change and coordination with Social and Health Institutions are the most remarkable challenges. OWL Genomics is dynamically collaborating with the hepatologist Dr. Clemente in the identification of genomic signatures of hepatic pathologies, such as NASH, steatosis, cirrhosis or hepatitis.

    UPV/EHU

    OWL Genomics collaborates with Basque Country University in the design and the implementation of the Master in Molecular Biology and Biomedicine. Some subjects related to Metabolomics were designed and are given by OWL Genomics experts. (Cellular and molecular basis of Liporegulation).

  • Clínic Hospital in Barcelona

    Clínic Hospital in Barcelona

    OWL Genomics has set up a collaboration with the Clinic Hospital in Barcelona to develop new diagnosis systems. Hospital Clínic de Barcelona is one of the best medical assistance centers in Spain and the first one in scientific production. It´s divided in services and institutions by medical specialities and provides outstanding patient-based quality assistance, first level biomedical investigation and top quality teaching dedication in order to bring out excellent professionals. It has the objective of providing society with humanized, state of the art medicine.

  • Foundation for the Applied Medical Research (FIMA) of the University of Navarra (UNAV)

    Foundation for the Applied Medical Research (FIMA) of the University of Navarra (UNAV)

    OWL Genomics collaborates with FIMA in /"Project NASH" studying the proteins that have been differentially translated during the development of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). At present, this collaboration includes other diseases, such as Multiple Sclerosis.

    OWL Genomics and NorayBio are developing together products that will improve the MetilGenomics platform.

  • Príncipe de Astúrias Hospital in Alcalá de Henares

    Príncipe de Astúrias Hospital in Alcalá de Henares

    OWL Genomics has established a collaboration with the Principe de Asturias Hospital in Alcala de Henares to centralize and handle the hepatic tissue and serum samples from patients diagnosed with liver diseases in different stages which would allow to validate the diagnostic markers and therapeutic drugs.

    PROGENIKA Group (Progénika, Proteómika and Abyntek Biopharma)

    OWL Genomics and Progenika are collaborating together in projects related to the liver (NASH, steatosis) linked by a common goal: the identification and validation of diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers, as well as potential therapeutic targets.

  • KB Data Mining

    KB Data Mining

    KB Data Mining is a small company located in San Sebastian Technology Park focused on "Omic" sciences general data processing. OWL Genomics and KB Data Mining collaboration is based on metabolomic data processing and adapting.

  • Noscira

    Noscira

    Former Neuropharma, this company is part of the Zeltia Group. It is a biopharmaceutical company devoted to the research and development of innovative drugs for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the nervous system and it is currently developing two new products for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. OWL collaborates with Noscira in a CENIT Project aiming to apply metabolomics technology to those two products.

CRB is Founder Member and major shareholder of OWL Genomics.

  • Digna Biotech

    Digna Biotech

    Digna Biotech is a biotechnological company dedicated to the development and exploitation of the research products generated by the Center of Applied Medical Research (CIMA) in Pamplona. OWL Genomics has reached an agreement with Digna Biotech to develop therapeutic and diagnostic applications for great prevalence diseases.
