This data could also be used for advertising and commercial services sendings of OWL GENOMICS who is the responsible of the files and who promise not to use this data for other purposes rather than those formerly described nor to transfer any right to third parties. OWL GENOMICS also agrees to use this data confidentially and to apply any technical or organizational measures in order to avoid unauthorized access according to applicable law regarding personal data protection. Sending of any communication from the users side implies that he/she consents in the recollection of their data by OWL Genomics, knowing that the files are of exclusive property of this company. The owners of this data have the right to access, change, cancel and opposition to this data.

OWL GENOMICS reserves the right to exclude those user who have provided false, wrong, illegitimate or incorrect data. This Privacy Policy could be changed to accommodate to the new LOPD in case it is changed by the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
